On this home we worked with the homeowner to create a large bonus room in some unused attic space.  The room really turned out great.

We replaced a tub/shower unit with a tile shower in this bathroom.  The area was better suited for a tile shower.

We took the opportunity in this insurance remodel to create a bar between the Kitchen and living area, which really opened up the space and made if feel much larger.
